Kamo Seiko was born in 1980 as a manufacturer of machine elements with the development of the pneumatic indexing device MINIDEX. Five years later, we succeeded in commercializing the world’s first Ball Reducer mechanism. In 1999, we launched the TCG Runner, the driving force behind our current growth. These are the fruits of our daily efforts to take on new challenges based on our founding philosophy of “creating and proposing new and useful things.”

We welcomed our 40th anniversary in 2020, setting our new mid-term vision for our 50th anniversary in the next 10 years.

Society and the economy are changing by the day with the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, global environmental issues, population problems, and the evolution of AI and robot technologies. This is true both inside and outside Japan. Our raison d’etre amid such a world is to contribute to its manufacturing as well as the local communities, growing together with the happiness of our employees. We will clarify our company’s and every individual’s dreams and goals and continue to make the right efforts to prepare, nurture, connect, think, and act to realize our aspirations one by one and achieve our goals. We will also continue to strive to be a company where people capable of noticing, thinking, and acting on their own initiative can play an active role, as well as an organization that can pave the way for the future with open-mindedness and originality.
